about bacci living

Tatiana founded Bacci Kitchens in mid-2017 after being 13 years designing high-end modern European kitchens for a wide range of clients, including corporate leaders, doctors, homemakers, lawyers, and financiers.

With her personable style, Tatiana gets to know her clients well, resulting in kitchens and spaces that are fully integrated into the existing interiors and reflect the personalities of the people destined to live in them. Her desire to have greater creative freedom and flexibility with all the design elements led Tatiana to change the name of her business to Bacci Living, a boutique concept that offers a wider array of possibilities for designing truly one-of-a-kind kitchens, living spaces and custom woodwork that stand the test of time.

Tatiana Bacci, ASID, CID

Tatiana Bacci has been designing interior spaces since an early age, starting with her own childhood home. Her natural aptitude for finding creative solutions for living spaces eventually led her to pursue a degree in Architecture in college while still in her native country of Brazil. During those formative years, she developed an understanding of how physical spaces inhabited by people influence their lives, as well as a theoretical foundation upon which she built her aesthetics and business philosophy.

Shortly after graduating from college in Brazil, Tatiana moved to the United States and worked with accomplished interior designer Pamela Kuhl-Linscomb in Houston, Texas. At Kuhl-Linscomb, she grew into an all-around interior designer, having worked on projects ranging from large-scale renovations/constructions to limited interventions. During her time at Kuhl-Linscomb, Tatiana also became the lead designer for kitchens being sold at the store. This broadened the scope of her design practice and clients entrusted her with one of the most important rooms of their homes: the kitchen. Among her clients, Tatiana is known for her frank, pragmatic, and dedicated style. To her, form is function, and both must serve the purpose of enriching the lives of people.

For seven years, Tatiana Bacci honed her skills in designing high-end modern Poggenpohl kitchens, and in 2017 she opened Bacci Kitchens.

Tatiana received her bachelor's degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidade Católica de Campinas (Brazil) in 2002. Since her arrival in the United States, her work has been widely recognized. In 2011, she received the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) Texas Gulf Chapter Award for Best Kitchen. In 2012, Poggenpohl awarded her and colleagues for having the Best Showroom in the U.S. In 2013, she passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) test, became an affiliated member of ASID, and a registered interior designer for the state of Texas. In 2014, Tatiana was the curator of the Lawndale Center Design Fair. Finally, in 2015 and 2016 Tatiana became the number one salesperson for Poggenpohl New York.
